Please read these terms before ordering a commission.
1. GENERAL
• Terms of Service and prices may change at any time.
• To order a commission, please send me an email.
2. ORDERING
When ordering a commission, please provide a description of the character, as detailed and specific as possible.
I also love to know the character’s personality and if there’s a lore behind them. The more information you give, the better!
For example
• Character’s name and a short description of their backstory (if there is one)
• Description of their appearance
• Material and colours of their clothing and/or accessories
• Preferred face expression and/or mood of the drawing
• Reference pictures or photos (you can also attach a link to your Google folder)
Note: Any lack of information allows me to make my own choices to select what fits best. All commissions are made in my own art style.
I do NOT use AI, everything is handmade and painted stroke by stroke.
I can decline a commission if I don’t feel comfortable with it or if it doesn’t suit my preferences.
3. WAITING LIST
I take up to three commissions per month and I work on only one at a time. If all slots are taken, please write me an email and you’ll be added to the waitlist. I will also inform you about the estimated waiting time. Please note:
when your turn comes, I will send you an email to notify you and discuss the details of your commission.
Due to high demand, if I don’t receive a reply within 3 working days, I will move on to the next client, and you will be placed back in the queue. Once your turn comes again, I will reach out to you.
4. WORKING PROGRESS
The time needed to finish the commission can range from 7 to 14 days depending on the commission itself and how busy I am.Once I start your commission, I will send you a rough sketch. Normally, it takes me about three workdays, depending on the complexity of the drawing.
At this stage, almost everything can be adjusted and changed, such as the pose, outfit, or background. When the sketch is approved, you will be asked for the full payment. Without payment, I will not continue working on the project.Once I receive the payment, I will proceed with polishing the sketch, adding colors, and lastly the rendering phase.
I will send you three work-in-progress previews throughout the process :
1. Line art
2. Flat colours
(please keep in mind that colours might change slightly during the next rendering phase because of ambient light)
3. Rendering
Once the lineart is done, only minor changes are allowed on it. Major changes to pose, outfit, or composition are not possible without a fee. When the work is finished, you will receive the drawing in high resolution via WeTransfer or a link to my Google Drive folder. The format will be PNG or TIFF, as you prefer.
5. PAYMENT
Payment via PayPal or Revolut only in Euros (€)
Tips are welcome and greatly appreciated if you feel inclined.
100% payment is required after rough sketch confirmation, shortly after I send the link/QR Code.
I don’t offer refunds after payments are sent**unless unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, hospitalisation or software/hardware malfunction that don't allow me to continue the work). In this case, you can choose a refund instead of waiting and I will provide a refund (minus the fee for the work already completed, estimated in %) within 30 days of your decision.
